Jim has a technical background in electrical and computer engineering and has been in the Enterprise IT for the past 20 years, 15 years with Cisco.  His vision is to combine his background in IT and green energy to make our earth a better place for our future generations. Jim is person oriented and a good listener. He loves to solve any kind of technical issues you might have at your home.

David has a broad technical background with experience in large scale international IT operations.  He has over 18 years of experience in a wide range of technical roles including Systems Architect, Subject Matter Expert, change management, and incident management.  ITIL certified and worked in ISO Certified environment.  David is very passionate about meeting Environmentally Friendly Goals achieved through smart technologies.

Craig Gifford

Craig Gifford (Finance)

Craig has over 17 years of finance and accounting leadership, including revenue recognition, policy, budgeting and reporting. Prior to Smart Automation he held positions in hi-tech  software companies including Novell, eSecurity, Brabeion Software, VidSys,  Digital Harbor and Logi Analytics. Craig attended the University of Washington-Seattle and George Mason University.

Nonni Zulkefly

Nonni Zulkefly (Operation)

Nonni has over 13 years of diverse professional experience in IT industry. She has extensive records in diverse roles in many stages and multi-disciplinary IT functions and practices, both "hands-on" as well as operation and administration. Nonni believes strongly in building strong customer relationships, and passionate team are the keys to success.

Camille Jao

Marketing

Camille Jao (Marketing)

Camille is excited to join Smart Automation. Currently she hosts an economic program on China's economy. Prior to this, she held a position doing public relations at a media firm.  In the 90's, she worked as a foreign market analyst at a Taiwanese textile company. She holds an M.B.A. degree from George Washington University.

Rachael Yam (Social Media) 

Rachel majors in Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering. Prior to Smart Automation, she intern for ARUP and has completed projects to help clients to achieve Green Mark Certification awarded by Building and Construction Authority for their building. She believes that the smart home system is the solution to the uprising concerns of energy deficiency and the global warming effect. Rachel believes that Smart Automation is a favorable situation for the home owners and the environment.

Rachel Yam

Rachel is an undergraduate student in SIngapore Institute of Technology. She major in Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering. Prior to Smart Automation, she intern for ARUP and has completed projects to help clients to achive Green Mark Certification awarded by Building and Contruction Autority for their buildings. Rachel also shows interest in the Social Media industry. She is passionate about social media designing, marketing and creating brand awareness. She believes that the smart home system is the solution to the uprising concerns of energy deficiency and the global warming effect.
